Engaged to provide audits, analysis, strategies and execution of initiatives to build-out the digital candidate marketing experience, with a focus on high volume recruitment KPI attainment.  Initiatives include but are not limited to report modeling to build a framework for closed-loop digital candidated demand generation that drives conversion rates, lowers cost per candidate and improves candidate quality and establishing and executing an integrated, cross-brand, SEO strategy that includes national, local and Google Jobs structured data initiatives.
